What does MoSi₂ mean and why does it matter?

Molybdenum disilicide is the heating element material. It reaches high sintering temperatures and does so without shedding contaminants into the chamber, which protects shade accuracy across a full load.

Does it ship freight?

Yes. The unit weighs approximately 120 kg. Free shipping to the ground floor with inside delivery is included, along with free installation and free training.

Will it run on 110V?

No — the S7 is a 220V unit. A 110V–220V transformer is available as SKU 485203 for smaller DEPRAG equipment, but a furnace of this size needs a proper 220V supply. Confirm your electrical service with us before ordering.

What sintering programme should I use for my zirconia?

Follow the disc manufacturer’s validated schedule. If you tell us which zirconia you use we will help you set the programme — call 954-874-6325.
