Using it well
  • Match the shank: HP 2.35mm bench, RA latch, FG friction-grip. They are not interchangeable.
  • Carbide cuts metal and acrylic; diamond cuts ceramic, zirconia and enamel. Using carbide on ceramic destroys the bur.
  • Discard warped Discs and worn mandrels — runout ruins the surface and is a safety risk.
