Policy on Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Returning Goods:

Returning goods, require prior authorization by Us Dental Depot or the manufacturer. Returns must be authorized within 21 days of date the order is received by the customer. Please fill the Online form available in our Home page for an RMA (Return Material Authorization), and other specifications on returns. The RMA will include instructions on returning your product.
Returned products must be UNOPENED and / or able to be re sold as new.
In all cases an RMA from Manufacturer MUST be requested in order to accept the return.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase minus shipping costs. Return Shipping costs are paid by the customer. If a return label is required at the administration, the cost will be deducted from the final refund.

Product should be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging/condition, and must contain product manual, all accessories, and documentation for refund, replacement, or credit. 15% restocking or re-packaging fee will be charged in all cases (unless not opened and when it is not a special order). Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with damages and/or any missing items, such as manuals and accessories.

Between 15%-%30 re-stocking fee might be charged by manufacturers due to Health code restocking expenses as control, repacking Tests required to sell the product again as new. This amount will depend on manufacturer's policy. Products must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance. US DENTAL DEPOT charges a 7.5% administration fee for returns, unless an equivalent purchase is made from the same manufacturer or vendor. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc. WITHOUT RMA # . ITEMS SENT TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc WITHOUT A RMA WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER UNLESS FORMAL RMA IS ISSUED BY US DENTAL DEPOT Inc..

FOR ORDERS PLACED WITH FREE SHIPPING OPTION ( ITEM PRICE + SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED IN FINAL PRICE ), REFUND WILL BE DONE ONLY ON THE ITEM PRICE EXCLUDING INITIAL SHIPPING COSTS, PLUS OTHER FEES THAT MAY APPLY .

Refund will be provided within 2-7 days for all orders canceled prior to order shipment except orders that include SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.

Special Orders and Exceptions:

The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

§  Custom-ordered equipment §  Opened consumables like Gloves for security reasons
§  Special order items ( as & not limited to Replacement parts ) 
§  Personalized and/or imprinted items are not returnable
§  Controlled drugs & PPE ( masks gloves etc ) 
§  Hazardous items: not returnable
§  Expired products
§  Certain non-resalable items
§  REFURBISHED & OPEN BOXES are NOT RETURNABLE and sold under "AS IS " conditions.

DAMAGED products during shipping:

§  Products damaged during the transit will not be covered under the warranty.
§  Either reject the package to the courier, or make sure you set an exemption at the moment of receiving in order to be able to claim the insurance.
§  All orders are shipped fully insured for 100% of its value
§  US Dental Depot, regardless our commitment to customer satisfaction, to fight and partner with our customers in all claims to the insurance company, after insuring every package, will not be responsible for damages occurred during transportation

To Start a Return:

Go to your online account, search for your order #, select the item you are willing to return.

Check on the right side, if the button CANCEL THIS ITEM is available. If it is not available, it is because the item was never eligible for returns, or it is over 30 days from invoiced to you. 

if it is available, fill the form and you will be contacted by a customer Service manager
