UP3D UPCAM Standard Dental CAM Nesting Software

Description

UPCAM is UP3D’s dental nesting and CAM Software, developed in-house and covered by multiple invention patents. Its tool-path core uses the ModuleWorks algorithm from Germany — the same engine behind a large share of professional CAM products.

The interface is deliberately plain: clearly divided sections, and UP3D’s own claim is that a new technician can learn to nest in about five minutes. For a lab that rotates staff, that training curve is worth more than a longer feature list.

UPCAM selects milling strategy automatically — milling or grinding, 4-axis or 5-axis — and carries distinct strategies per restoration type. Compact nesting paired with the P53 C-type fixture maximises blank utilisation, and model orientation is optimised automatically to the most material-efficient angle.
