Description
The UP3D UP1000 is a DESKTOP dental laboratory SCANNER built around dual 5-megapixel high-definition cameras, delivering scanning precision of up to 5 micrometres. Its defining feature is dynamic and static articulator scanning — the full jaw captured in a way that preserves real occlusal relationships rather than approximating them.
UP3D positions the UP1000 for demanding, complex casework: denture scanning, fixed restorations, implant scan bodies, implant crowns and bridges. If your bottleneck is occlusion that does not match when the case comes back, articulator scanning is the part of this machine that pays for itself.
The unit is not limited to dental models — UP3D notes it can also be used for jewellery and other general-purpose 3D scanning.
