UP3D Cad/Cam Milling Bur — DC Coated, Flat Tip, 1.0 mm

Description

A 1.0 mm flat-tip Cad/Cam milling bur for UP3D milling machines, with a DC (diamond-carbon) coating. The coating is a tool-life treatment applied to the cutting tool — it is not diamond abrasive media.

The 1.0 mm flat tip is the general-purpose roughing and body-milling size in a UP3D tool set: large enough to remove material at a reasonable rate, small enough to hold contour on a crown. It runs on a 4 mm shank with a ring, the standard UP3D holder format, at 50 mm overall length.

Burs are the most-replaced item in any milling workflow. Keeping the sizes you run in stock is the difference between finishing a case and postponing it.
