The UP3D P55D is an air-free 5-axis dry Milling machine engineered for 24/7 production. A German electric spindle reaches up to 60,000 rpm while a Smart Servo system actively damps vibration for micron-level precision, and the air-free, plug-and-mill design removes the compressor entirely - faster installs, lower facility cost and a quieter, more compact footprint. A 13-tool magazine with 0.3 mm micro-carving and 0.6 mm extended burs, 90-degree vertical Milling and a high-concentration ionizer keep detail sharp and the chamber clean across zirconia, PMMA, wax, PEEK and soft CoCr.
