UP3D P53 Smart 5-Axis Dental Milling Unit

Description

The UP3D P53 is a 5-axis dry Milling machine for dental laboratories, built around an intelligent control system in a single-piece structure. It mills zirconia, PMMA, wax, resin and composite, and it is designed to run at production scale rather than as a chairside novelty.

The engineering that matters is unglamorous: dust-proof slides seal the internal components from the airborne debris that kills dry mills, cutting maintenance and extending service life. Add automatic calibration, an automatic tool changer, tool-life calculation and breakpoint resume, and the machine stops needing a technician standing next to it.

The BK-1 clamp system makes disc-to-block changeover fast, and 90° Milling lets the tool reach buccal and labial undercuts — so anterior work comes out closer to what was designed. An LED progress bar shows Milling state at a glance across the bench.
