Warranty & Guarantee
Manufacturer warranty: Covered by SOLMETEX's limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — 2 years from date of purchase, extendable to 5 years with the continuous use of PowerScrub™ Vacuum Line Cleaner. During the warranty period SOLMETEX will, at its option, repair or replace a unit that proves defective; labor, transportation and service charges are not included. Use of third-party collection containers or line cleaners outside a pH of 6–8 voids the warranty. As an authorized distributor, USDD facilitates warranty service directly with the manufacturer.
