SLEDGEHAMMER is Keystone’s ultra-high-impact Denture Acrylic — the highest impact resistance in the Keystone Denture-Acrylic lineup. Its CROSS-LINKED, color-stable PMMA formulation absorbs impact energy that would shatter standard Acrylic, making it ideal for bruxers, Denture-droppers and patients with a history of fractures. Available in HEAT-CURE (new prostheses) and self-CURE (high-impact repairs, relines and rebases) variants, compatible with most injection systems.

Workflow & Handling

1. Mix powder & liquid at the recommended ratio; bench-set to dough/pack stage
2. Pack / inject into the flasked mold (or pour for the pour variant)
3. Process per the recommended HEAT-CURE cycle (or self-CURE set time)
4. Deflask, finish & polish to a high luster
