NobilCam GM-3D is produced with a manufacturing process that combines strength and esthetics in a single disc. The seamless progression of translucency, shade and composition across the layers gives premium esthetics with a continuous cervical-to-incisal transition and no visible layer banding after milling. Special filling technology delivers the gradient in colour, translucency and strength together, so one material covers dentin through enamel. Before pre-sintering, every blank is vacuum-sealed and isostatically pressed, which improves the microstructure of the material. Powder conditioning adjusts the sintering kinetics so the 4Y and 5Y oxide-ceramic layers combine with a predictable, uniform shrinkage. All figures below are the manufacturer’s published values.

1 × NobilCam GM-3D gradient multilayer zirconia disc, 98.5 mm diameter × 25 mm working height, shade A1, supplied with its disc label and batch certificate carrying the lot shrinkage factor.
open-architecture dry milling units that accept a 98 mm disc with the standard stepped mounting flange — no proprietary holder, licence key or system lock-in. Sinter in a furnace reaching 1500 °C that is used only for zirconia.
Other shades and heights in this same NobilCam GM-3D line are stocked at US Dental Depot — the A-family, B-family and bleach shades in 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 mm working heights. If your case list runs past 5 units, ask us about NobilCam MM-4D, which HUGE rates to 1200 MPa and publishes a dedicated long-span sintering programme for.
The shading bench step disappears — mill, sinter, glaze, deliver. Because the shade is Built into the blank rather than infiltrated by hand, batch-to-batch drift from manual dipping is removed, and a lab can standardise on one material system across the shade range instead of stocking several.
The manufacturer’s zirconia catalogue — containing the sintering programmes, nesting instructions and material data reproduced above — is published by HUGE Dental. for the current revision, the batch certificate for your lot, or the IFU, contact us and we will send it directly.
