A pre-shaded multilayer ZIRCONIA disc for CAD/CAM milling. BAOT build the 3D Pro range on a graded crystal structure — 3Y-TZP through the dentin zone, shifting through 4Y to 5Y-TZP at the incisal. The 3Y-rich cervical carries the load and resists fracture; the 5Y incisal gives translucency and is gentler on the opposing dentition. Five pre-shaded layers blend cervical to incisal, so a lifelike gradient comes out of the mill without external staining.
Where it earns its keep: full-contour work you do not want to layer. The shade gradient is already in the puck, so a monolithic crown or a long-span bridge can go from mill to sinter to polish with no ceramic build-up — and you can still layer it if the case demands.
System compatibility: Amann Girrbach, Zirkonzahn, vhf, Roland and other open CAD/CAM systems. Confirm your mill accepts this 98.5mm blank before ordering — use Talk to an Expert and tell us your machine.
The furnace program US Dental Depot uses for this disc on a UP3D F20. Enter it as Program 03. If you run a different furnace, use these stages as your reference curve and match them to your own controller — the temperatures and hold times are the material’s requirement, the program slot is not.

Disc label data: 42–57% translucent · 800–1200 MPa · ISO 13485. Total cycle at these rates is long — plan an overnight sinter. Always confirm the shrinkage factor printed on your own disc before nesting.

Technical data, shade charts and sintering or processing parameters are lot-dependent for milling blanks. Ask us and we will send the current manufacturer sheet for your exact shade and thickness rather than link a document that may not match your lot.
