META BIOMED ADSEAL Plus Resin Root Canal Sealer — 13.5 g Dual Syringe
ADSEAL Plus is an epoxy-resin root canal sealer supplied as a paste–paste dual syringe. META BIOMED state it complies with ISO 6876 for dental root canal sealing materials. It is intended for permanent sealing of root canals following established endodontic procedures, and may be used with gutta-percha points.
Plus is not the same material as standard ADSEAL. The Plus formulation adds zirconium oxide and calcium phosphate to both base and catalyst, ships with a green dispense tip, and is offered in an Auto-mix variant with a brown cap and auto-mix tip. If you have been buying standard ADSEAL (#303000) and want like-for-like, order that one instead — we stock both.

- Insoluble in tissue fluids
- Excellent biocompatibility — complies with ISO 6876
- Good radiopacity
- Flowability greater than 17 mm
- Setting time under 90 minutes at 37 °C
- Mixing ratio 2:1, mix 20 seconds without air bubbles
- Inspect the syringe for leaks or discolouration and check the expiry date
- Use a rubber dam
- Shape the canal, remove remnants, irrigate with hypochlorite or EDTA, dry with paper points
- Determine working length and select the master gutta-percha point
- Remove the brown cap, fit the green dispense tip, express to gauze and wipe, then dispense 2:1 on a pad and mix 20 seconds
- For the Auto-mix version, fit the auto-mix tip and express directly
