KEYSTONE Soft EVA is a soft, clear ethylene-vinyl-acetate sheet stock for vacuum forming. KEYSTONE positions it for the fabrication of custom fluoride trays, bleaching trays and model duplication, and calls it well suited to soft bruxing patients. It forms easily and trims effortlessly — which in practice is the whole argument for it: less time fighting the material at the bench and cleaner margins on the finished appliance.

This listing is the .040 in (1 mm) gauge in a 10-sheet pack, 5" × 5" (127 × 127 mm) clear squares. The thinnest option in the range — the usual choice for bleaching trays and custom fluoride trays, where a close, low-bulk fit matters more than durability.
