KeyPRINT® KeySplint Soft™ is a light-curing methacrylate resin for 3D printing flexible, biocompatible occlusal Splints, night guards and bleaching trays on open-source DLP printers (385–405 nm). It is tough and durable like a hard splint yet flexible at body temperature for patient comfort — abrasion- and fracture-resistant, and easily cleaned.

Workflow & Handling

1. Nest & print with supports per the IFU for your printer/resin pairing
2. Wash in IPA per the IFU
3. Post-cure in a validated broad-spectrum box (280–400 nm)
4. Finish / polish per the IFU before clinical use
