KeyPRINT® KeySplint Hard™ is a biocompatible light-curing resin for high-strength rigid dental Splints and night guards. It provides therapy for severe bruxism and cases requiring tooth immobilization, with finer detail and thinner segments than soft materials — yet it is less brittle and slightly more flexible than other leading hard Splints, so finished devices are durable, easy to clean, abrasion- and stain-resistant, and easy to polish.

Workflow & Handling

1. Nest & print with supports per the IFU for your printer/resin pairing
2. Wash in IPA per the IFU
3. Post-cure in a validated broad-spectrum box (280–400 nm)
4. Finish / polish per the IFU before clinical use
