KeyPRINT® KeyCast® is a highly precise castable resin for investment molding that burns out cleanly with no residual ash. Its low-shrinkage formula controls thermal expansion to produce pore-free, accurate castings, and it is compatible with both rapid-burnout and gradual temperature-ramp workflows.

Workflow & Handling

1. Print the pattern at the validated settings
2. Wash per the IFU
3. Invest & burn out (rapid or gradual ramp) — leaves no residual ash
4. Cast in chrome, cobalt, gold or silver
