Description

KEYSTONE PRO-FORM Crown & Bridge Material is a thin, clear, rigid thermoforming sheet for fabricating temporary crowns and bridges. Its defining property is that acrylic does not bond to it — the temp releases cleanly after cure instead of fighting you off the matrix.

At 0.020 in (0.5 mm) it is deliberately thin: enough rigidity to hold the pre-op contour through forming, thin enough to reproduce anatomy faithfully so the provisional comes out of the matrix already close to shape.

Clean release is not a convenience feature. Every temp you have to cut, pry or grind out of a stuck matrix is chair time and a compromised surface.
