DESCRIPTION
ODONTIT manufactures this titanium base (tibase) for restorative cases that follow the Straumann® Bone Level CrossFit® prosthetic protocol. The titanium base is the bonding interface between the implant connection and a CAD/CAM designed zirconia or lithium-disilicate superstructure. It carries the machined CrossFit geometry at the implant side and a retentive cementation cylinder at the restoration side. Every component is machined to the connection tolerances of the original platform and supplied in the manufacturer’s validated condition for clinical use.
This reference, HI-33745, is supplied for the Narrow CrossFit (NC) platform at a 3mm gingival height in the engaging configuration.
CLINICAL APPLICATION
Narrow CrossFit (NC) — the narrow prosthetic platform of the Straumann® Bone Level system.
Final clinical indication, surgical protocol and prosthetic loading regime must be determined by the treating practitioner based on case-specific bone quality, anatomy and prosthetic plan.
PLATFORM & COMPATIBILITY
This component is positioned as informational compatibility with the Straumann® Bone Level Narrow CrossFit (NC) connection. ODONTIT supplies independent compatible prosthetic components; final clinical use must be verified against the implant manufacturer’s documentation.

MATERIALS & SURFACE
ODONTIT exclusively selects Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium, Grade 5, for medical use, in compliance with ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-3. This alloy is selected for its biocompatibility, mechanical strength and chemical stability in the oral environment.
Raw materials are stored in controlled environments to maintain composition and characteristics throughout the manufacturing chain. All materials and processes comply with current regulations and are subject to full traceability from raw material to final validation.
STERILIZATION & HANDLING
ODONTIT components are supplied in the manufacturer’s validated condition for clinical use. Follow the package insert and the ODONTIT Instructions for Use for handling, storage and any chairside preparation steps. Do not modify the component geometry, surface treatment or connection seat in any way; doing so compromises both the prosthetic interface and the regulatory clearance.
Single-use device. Single patient, single procedure. Discard unused components per local biohazard regulations.
