DIGILUX SUPER-CRYSTAL Hybrid Ceramic DISCS are made of a perfect combination of Ceramic in the size of Na-No particles & the molecule Bis-Gma (bisphenol A-glycidyl methacrylate) resulting in a chemical bonding increasing the resistance to abrasion and flexural strength.
These physical properties SUPER-CRYSTAL Hybrid Ceramic DISCS also reduce some of the down sides of zirconia restorations like clacking, weight, sinterization, specialized equipment & overall costs.
- 165 Mpa flexural strengh
- Inorganic filler: Na-No Silica 30-55%
- 20% Radiopacity SUPER-CRYSTAL Hybrid Ceramic DISCS ( not always enough for Insurance control )

MILLING TECHNIQUE
Preferable should be milled wet, but can be milled Dry at slow speed.
As most of the DISCS milling units in the market are DRY milling, consider always a slower RPM protocol.
