The BSM dental DP1000 is an industrial-grade DLP 3D printer built for dental labs, clinics and production centers that need to digitally produce models, die models, surgical guides and gingiva masks in-house. It runs on a 2-million-plus micromirror DMD optical engine with an imported 405nm UV-LED light source, holding 38 micron forming accuracy at a 25-30mm/hour print speed. Intelligent slicing (auto layout, hollow-out, anti-aliasing) keeps resin costs down and surface finish smooth, and the 7in touchscreen drives one-touch printing from STL/OBJ files.
