Description

Diamond D® is KEYSTONE’s premium HIGH-IMPACT PMMA denture base resin, specially formulated for exceptional working and handling during anatomic sculpting. It delivers ultra IMPACT and flexural strength with the translucency and color variations found in natural tissue, finishes to a HIGH polish and characterizes easily. Available as HEAT-CURE powder & liquid and as a HIGH-IMPACT Pour ACRYLIC (HIPA) with up to a 5-minute pour time.

Workflow & Handling

1. Mix powder & liquid at the recommended ratio; bench-set to dough/pack stage
2. Pack / inject into the flasked mold (or pour for the pour variant)
3. Process per the recommended HEAT-CURE cycle (or self-CURE set time)
4. Deflask, finish & polish to a HIGH luster
