The ATTRITOR Zir Grinder Z-Zircon line is the laboratory's heavy-duty diamond grinder series for fully-sintered monolithic Zirconia, lithium Disilicate, and high-strength all-ceramic restorations. Engineered for controlled bulk reduction without inducing micro-fracture in the substrate, Z-Zircon grinders bring the laboratory's rough-shape workflow to a predictable production rate.

Operating Speed & Use Guidance

Recommended operating range: 10,000–20,000 RPM in HP straight handpiece for bulk reduction; reduce to 8,000–12,000 RPM for finer adjustment.

Use intermittent contact pressure rather than forced engagement. Heat is the enemy of usable grinder life.
