The transfer platform that takes the EZ Bow index tray onto the articulator, positioning the incisal edge 100 mm from the centre of the hinge axis. Each platform is machined for one articulator family so the transfer lands where the design expects it.

12-month limited manufacturer warranty. Advanced Dental Designs warrants its products free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from the date of invoice. US Dental Depot warrants this instrument on those terms and coordinates the claim with AD2 directly.
One condition worth knowing before you need it: AD2 requires the equipment to be returned in its entirety to be considered for repair — so keep the complete instrument together, not just the failed part.
Normal wear on consumable Accessories used with this instrument — Plates, trays, magnets — is not covered by the instrument warranty.
