The ATTRITOR Zir Pol disc series is the laboratory's flat-disc complement to the Dura-Wheel polishing line. At 27 mm × 0.7 mm, these monotone-colored diamond-impregnated Rubber Discs deliver broad, flat-surface contact for the kind of large-surface polishing that knife-edge wheels can only approximate.

Abrasive: refined synthetic diamond particle, high concentration, evenly distributed.

Operating Speed & Use Guidance

Recommended operating range: 8,000–15,000 RPM in HP straight handpiece.

Maintain manufacturer-specified RPM. Excessive speed heats the matrix and shortens disc life. Light, intermittent pressure produces the cleanest finish.

Sterilization & Handling
