KEYSTONE Soft EVA is a soft, clear ethylene-vinyl-acetate sheet stock for vacuum forming. KEYSTONE positions it for the fabrication of custom fluoride trays, bleaching trays and model duplication, and calls it well suited to soft bruxing patients. It forms easily and trims effortlessly — which in practice is the whole argument for it: less time fighting the material at the bench and cleaner margins on the finished appliance.

This listing is the .060 in (1.5 mm) gauge in a 10-sheet pack, 5" × 5" (127 × 127 mm) clear squares. The middle weight — enough body for a soft bruxism appliance or a longer-wear tray, while still trimming cleanly and seating comfortably.

KEYSTONE states the material contains no latex, BPA, gluten, phthalates or monomer — relevant for any appliance sitting in a patient’s mouth overnight, and worth knowing before you answer the question at chairside.
