KEYSTONE Pro-Form MOUTHGUARD laminate is a pre-laminated EVA sheet for fabricating custom athletic MOUTHGUARDS. KEYSTONE states it is the only pre-made laminated MOUTHGUARD material in the industry — two layers of soft EVA bonded under heat and pressure at the factory rather than stacked at the bench.

That factory lamination is the whole point. Pressure bonding gives the sheet excellent tensile strength and holds density uniform across the blank, so the guard keeps its shape through forming instead of thinning unevenly over the incisal edges — which is exactly where a guard has to survive an impact.

KEYSTONE reports that a properly made custom guard distributes the stress of a hard impact along the full length of the tooth rather than concentrating it, and that the risk of injury is reduced substantially compared with going without. Pro-Form is used at every level of competition.
