GUSROM 3D PRO ML PREMIUM is a MULTILAYER Zirconia disc built for mass Dental bridge production in digital CAD/CAM workflows. It carries 800–1200 MPa of bending strength and a natural MULTILAYER shade gradient, so a single disc handles everything from onlays to full-arch crown bridges. GUSROM’s crack-control technology minimizes breakage during processing of long-span frameworks, cutting the rework that slows down high-volume labs.

Digital Processing Workflow
CAD: verify design sheet, model and molar relationship → scan → design (anterior walls down to 0.9 mm are achievable).
CAM: mill on a compatible CAD/CAM unit with the correct Zirconia bur set.
Clean: remove milling dust with a dust brush before sintering.
Sinter: sinter at the recommended ~1500°C program for full densification.
Glaze & polish: polish occlusal contacts; glaze to finish the surface.
Fire: support restorations on a sintering rod to isolate tray contamination.
CAM: mill on a compatible CAD/CAM unit with the correct Zirconia bur set.
