Description
The PANDA P4 — marketed by the manufacturer as PANDA Air — is the wireless evolution of the PANDA scanner line. The handpiece runs on a dedicated 2.4/5 GHz wireless link, so there is no cable pulling at the operator or the patient. It runs the same PandaCenter AI software as the SMART model: real-time cheek/tongue clean-up, margin detection, dynamic occlusion analysis, and open export to STL, PLY and OBJ.
What It Is For
- Take full-arch and quadrant digital impressions without a tethered cable getting in the operator's way
- Scan multi-op practices where the same handpiece moves chair to chair
- Export open-format files to any lab or design software the practice already uses
- Replace conventional impressions for crowns, bridges, implants and orthodontic records
