The opportunity

Working in the US Dental Depot Warehouse

WHERE YOU WOULD WORK

Our warehouse in Boca Raton, Florida. This is an on-site role — picking and packing real orders that ship the same day. It is not remote and it is not seasonal work dressed up as a career.

A BILINGUAL FLOOR

US Dental Depot serves the United States and Latin America, and the warehouse floor reflects that. English, Spanish, or both — the form asks which languages you speak so we can place you well. Inglés, español o ambos.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY

We review every application. If there is a fit, we contact you to arrange an interview. The form asks whether you would take a video-call interview, so tell us honestly. Full details of the position, schedule and pay are covered with you at that stage.

Run the numbers before you apply

What This Role Is

Six things worth knowing before you spend five minutes on the form.

On-site, Boca Raton

524 NW 78th Street, Boca Raton, FL. You need to be able to get here reliably, which is why the form asks how far you live from our office.

Picking and packing

Pulling the right items for each order and packing them so they arrive intact. Accuracy is the whole job.

Dental supplies and equipment

Everything from small consumables to equipment. Some of it is fragile, some of it is heavy.

Bilingual team

English, Spanish or both. The form asks which languages you speak.

Driving licence asked

The form asks whether you hold one. It tells us what you can be trained into later.

Video-call interview

The first interview may be by video call. The form asks whether that works for you.

Schedule, pay rate and full duties are discussed with you at interview. This page does not publish them, and you should not assume figures you see elsewhere apply.

What the Warehouse Picker Packer Role Involves

Six things the job consists of, day to day.

PICK ORDERS ACCURATELY

Pull the correct items, in the correct quantity, for every order on your list.

PACK SO IT ARRIVES INTACT

Pack orders so nothing is damaged in transit. A broken item is a return, a refund and a lost customer.

KEEP THE FLOOR ORDERLY

A warehouse that is tidy is a warehouse where the right item gets found first time.

WORK TO THE SHIPPING CUT-OFF

Same-day shipping only happens if the order is picked, packed and labelled before the carrier collects.

FLAG WHAT LOOKS WRONG

If a quantity, a label or a product looks wrong, say so before it leaves the building.

WORK WITH THE TEAM

Warehouse, purchasing and customer service work the same orders. Clear communication saves everyone a bad afternoon.

What happens nextWe review, then we contact you to arrange an interview.

We read every application that comes in. If there is a fit, we contact you to arrange an interview — which may be a video call.

Use an email address and a phone number you actually check. An application we cannot reach is an application that goes nowhere.

Usa un correo y un teléfono que revises. Si no podemos contactarte, la solicitud no avanza.

Schedule, pay and full dutiesCovered with you at interview, not published here.

This page does not publish the schedule or the pay rate. Those are discussed with you directly at interview, along with the full list of duties for the specific opening.

We would rather tell you the real terms in a conversation than have you apply on the basis of a number on a webpage that may not match the opening you are being considered for.
