Your commission rate sits between 1% and 2%, on top of your fixed hourly compensation.
Whether YOU placed the order or your CUSTOMER placed it online, the commission is yours. You are paid from all invoices made on your customers' accounts.
There will be no shared commissions. We will not deduct fees, expenses or extra charges from your paycheck.
Access your Live Statement whenever you want. Monitor commissions already paid, commissions to be credited, and non-commissionable transactions.
The Overseas Junior Sales Representative package pays a fixed compensation by the hour, on top of commission. The current rate is confirmed with your offer and handbook.

LOCATION BASED (OVERSEAS) — OVERSEAS JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Fixed compensation pay, by the hour: this package pays a fixed hourly compensation. The current rate is confirmed in writing with your offer and handbook.

Holidays: US Dental Depot is closed 5 holidays — Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
To thrive in this role there are clear expectations.
Availability: available for phone calls or video conferences from customers or HQ from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (Miami time).
Daily contacts: a daily minimum number of calls, with a minimum of 10 meaningful conversations. The exact call count is set out in your Employee Book.
Sales targets: there are minimum sales for the first, second and third month. Specifics are provided in your Employee Book.
These metrics are designed to drive your success while keeping the flexibility of being a 1099 contractor.
ONLINE PLATFORM. You will be trained in our order system at the US DENTAL DEPOT ACADEMY. Orders and quotes are placed ONLINE through our webpage in your own login platform. Your login gives you direct access to your customers and their specific quotes.
HELP DESK. If at any time you forget HOW TO do something, you have access to the SALES REP HELP DESK — a series of topical videos with specific instructions for each procedure.
You are required to have:
• 1 computer and 2 screens (you can start with 1 screen for the first week)
• A good quality NOISE CANCELLING headset
• High speed internet
We provide and pay for:
• A phone line you use on your computer as a US Dental Depot phone number (Zoppier). This will be the only phone where customers and HQ contact you.
You will have full visibility into your earnings through your online account.
• Track your commissions in real time
• View payments, returns and credits, so you stay on top of your performance and understand your income flow
