Medit also builds the i900 (touch interface) and the i700 wireless. US Dental Depot does not currently stock those two models. Ask a rep if you need one and we will quote it.

If you scan shade-critical anterior work or want the largest field of view, the 10-bit i900 family. If you want to move between operatories without a cart, the i900 Mobility is the only model with Wi-Fi 6E and iPad scanning. If you want the proven workhorse at the best value, the i700. If you want the lowest entry cost onto Medit Link, the i600.
Medit Link, the platform every Medit scanner runs on, is published by Medit as free software with free apps. Confirm current terms with your rep before purchase, because software licensing is set by the manufacturer, not by USDD.
10-bit imaging captures a wider colour depth. In practice that means more reliable shade reading and better performance on reflective metal and deep preparations. The i900 Mobility and i900 classic are 10-bit; the i700 and i600 are 8-bit.
Medit lists macOS compatibility across the i900 Mobility, i900 classic, i700 and i600. Medit notes that Sonoma requires an external power hub.
All four models are rated for 150 autoclave cycles. The i900 family supports 135°C gravity and 134°C pre-vacuum cycles; the i700 and i600 add a 121°C gravity cycle. Follow the manufacturer IFU, not this page.
