EASY ONLINE ORDERING 
Place orders directly through our webpage. Your login gives you direct access to your customers, our customers and your specific quotes.

Finding Customers:

For new customers (those placing their first orders), you can sign them up on the website and later search for them, using their full information, such as phone number, email, or address. They will remain under YOUR name and we WON'T contact them to offer services. 
For our existing customers data base, you can search for them using the exact email address to locate their account.
That order will be yours, you will be the sales Rep on record fort that order, and you can contact them any time. 
If you bring or forward a lead for a large quote. The order will be yours, you will be the Sales rep on record, and you will get paid even if we close the operation. We will request your help in the closing or follow up the main quote. 

Account Modifications:
While you cannot make corrections to existing personal account details, you can always add new credit cards, shipping addresses, and special delivery instructions.

Making Quotes :
Over $4000 you will be able to generate a QUOTE under US DENTAL DEPOT's name & Yours. This quote will be supervised & approved  by a KAM ( Key Account Manager ) , before you are able to send to your customer to make sure a smooth closing can be performed. Certain limitation in gross online discounts will apply until KAM's  supervision is completed. 

DIGITAL SYSTEMS
Scope: 3D printers over $4,000, CAD/CAM milling units, scanners, and digital workflow organization (scan → design → mill/print → finish).

How it works

    Your role: Identify the opportunity and make a warm referral. Stay CC’d and join calls to learn.
    Our role: Quoting, getting special discounts and offers from factory. You may continue dialog with customer, or we can take over if you dont feel comfortable, your prerogative.  
    Commission: You remain as the Sales Rep on record. Same commission. Nothing changes in your plan or payout.  

Shipping Addresses:
You can add shipping addresses or update them as needed. Please ensure that the shipping address is the same as the billing address associated with the credit card being used.

Credit Card Information: Credit card details can be added. You can also select a saved credit card choosing the last 4 digits if the customer prefers.

Payment Authorization:
Credit cards will not be charged immediately. We will always double-check with the customer before processing the payment.

Other Payment Methods:
Zelle, bank transfers, and company checks are also accepted as alternative payment methods. ( check, just a picture of both sides of the check on dark background will be enough )

     DISCOUNTS: The sales representative’s commission is calculated on each commissionable item line between Cost & Price Paid. ( Reduced markup-> reduced commision ) Installations, Shipping costs, extra bonus discounts, c card fees for example are NOT commissionable item lines. Will not add nor reduce your commission. 

     RETURNED PRODUCTS
        If a customer returns an item, the commission for that item is deducted from the next paycheck.

     PAYMENT SCHEDULE 
        Commissions are normally paid 30 days after the Return window has closed for potential returns, or until the operation is considered stable.

If, while setting up a customer, the email shows up as an already existing account, you will be notified that is already our customer.
You can still place their order and will be paid as if they were your customer. You will be the Sales Rep on record for that order. 
You won't be able to make corrections to their personal data, but you can add new shipping addresses.
If you rather sell to the same customer under an independent account, request a different email and add a new account as if they were a new customer.
Your customers, we will never contact them to offer promotions.

You willbe able to check your commisions in your online account as soon as you are the Sales Rep on record . You will see the payments, returns and credits.
