If you do need help from a sales rep, note that prices may change or a surcharge will be applied to cover that service. If you ever spot a discrepancy in your pricing, tell us and we will correct it promptly.

Reseller accounts are opened with the online application and there is a $0.00 fee to open. At that level you see all prices and offers while your account remains pending. Activation happens with the first order.
In stock and before it ships: free. Once ordered from the manufacturer: 30% minimum cancellation fee on cancellable items. We order large quantities for you and depend on manufacturer schedules, so once we receive your confirmation the order is placed — and some manufacturers do not allow cancellations after confirmation. If we accept a return and agree to buy product back, a minimum 40% restocking fee always applies.
Not accepted. We understand buyer’s remorse, but it does not apply to a reseller account.
Handled directly through the manufacturers.
These apply to US Dental Depot customers only. Manufacturers will not honour them if the product was sold on by a third party.
You are permitted to resell on any platform that allows reselling. Some products require manufacturer approval, and if we cannot provide that approval you will not be able to obtain it directly. To protect our agreements, do not contact the manufacturers — that triggers immediate account cancellation. Selling on eBay is generally not an issue; Amazon can be more complicated.
Pay with your company credit card. Customer credit cards are not allowed, and a 3.5% processing fee is always added on a reseller account paying by card. You can also pay by Zelle, or by sending a picture of both sides of your bank paper check.
