COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, in whichever language they prefer.
US Dental Depot serves dental professionals across the United States and Latin America. This role sits between those two worlds: you work in English and Spanish, you work on camera, and you coordinate appointments with real customers.
The opportunity
This is stated up front because it is not optional. Video calls with customers and with the team are part of the job, and the application asks you directly whether you are comfortable with that. There is no wrong answer — but there is a wrong time to find out, and that is after you are hired. Trabajamos frente a cámara. La solicitud te lo pregunta directamente.
Not translation on the side — both languages, all day. The application includes a short Spanish appointment-coordinator script so you can show us how you sound reading it.
The application asks what your last three positions were and what your IMPACT was in each. A job title tells us where you sat. What changed because you were there tells us who you are.
Run the numbers before you apply
Six things worth knowing before you spend ten minutes on the application.
English and Spanish, both used with customers and with the team.
Video calls are part of the role. The application asks whether you are comfortable with it.
The Spanish script in the application is an appointment-coordinator script. That tells you what a real part of the day looks like.
The application asks what you did and what changed because of you.
As an assistant, what did you actually do day to day? Be specific.
The application asks whether you would be ALL IN on a career here. Answer it honestly.
Schedule, pay and the full duties of the specific opening are covered with you at interview. This page does not publish them.
Six things the role consists of, day to day.
Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, in whichever language they prefer.
Video calls with customers and with the team. Presentable, present, and on time.
Switching between English and Spanish without losing meaning or tone.
What was agreed, with whom and when. An assistant who writes it down saves everyone the second conversation.
The appointment that gets confirmed is the appointment that happens.
The application asks for your 5 main tasks as an assistant, because the role flexes around what the team needs that week.
Four things worth understanding before you fill it in.
The application includes a short Spanish script used by an appointment coordinator:
«Hola, mi nombre es [Tu Nombre], un Coordinador de Citas con experiencia dedicado a optimizar oportunidades de venta…»
We are not testing memorisation. We want to see how you handle a professional Spanish script — your phrasing, your tone, and whether it sounds like a person rather than a recording.
The application asks for a brief overview of your last 3 positions — what your JOB was, and what your IMPACT was in that position.
Most applications get the first half right and skip the second. The second half is the one we read closely. What was different because you were there?
We work ON CAMERA. Are you OK with this?
It is on the form as a direct question. Video calls with customers and the team are part of the role.
If the honest answer is no, that is genuinely useful to know now, and it costs you nothing to say so.
This page does not publish the schedule or the pay rate. Those are discussed directly at interview, along with the full duties of the specific opening.
We would rather give you the real terms in a conversation than have you apply against a number on a webpage.
Including the long answers. A one-line answer to a five-line question tells us something too.
Everything, in full
Open any topic for the detail.
Video calls with customers and with the team are part of this role.
The application asks you directly whether you are comfortable with it. Answer honestly — it is not a trick question and there is no penalty for saying no.
You use English and Spanish with customers and with the team.
The application asks your level in each, and includes a short Spanish appointment-coordinator script so we can see how you handle professional Spanish in practice, not just on a CV line.
The application asks for:
• Your name and contact details, including WhatsApp
• Whether you graduated high school, and in what year
• A brief overview of your last 3 positions — the job, and your impact
• Your 5 main tasks as an assistant
• Whether you are OK working on camera
• Where you see yourself in 2 years, and ideally where
• Whether you would be ALL IN on a career here over 5 years
• How you would deliver the Spanish script
• Any questions you have for us
It takes about ten minutes. Answer it properly — the long answers are the ones we read.
Two of the questions look soft and are not.
Where do you see yourself in 2 years, and where would you IDEALLY see yourself if everything went perfectly? The gap between those two answers tells us what you are actually aiming at.
If you could see a career here in 5 years, would you be ALL IN? We are not looking for the answer you think we want. We are looking for the true one.
We read every application. If there is a fit, we contact you to arrange an interview — which will be a video call, because that is how the role works.
Use an email and a WhatsApp number you actually check.
