Run the numbers before you apply

Appointment Setter Pay at US Dental Depot

Both levels are published here in full, before you apply. Nothing is hidden until after you have spent a week interviewing.

$3.50 per hour

LEVEL ENTRY 1 base pay for the permanent position, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.

+$2 per extra appointment

After you hit your daily target of 3 appointments, you earn $2 for every appointment set beyond that.

50% during Training Period

Before you enter the permanent position, while you learn the script, your pay rate is 50% of the permanent rate. You move to full rate the MOMENT you start making calls and set 3 appointments a day.

$4.00 per hour

LEVEL 2 ENROLLMENT base salary, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.

+$4 per extra enrollment

At Level 2, after your daily target of 4 enrollments, you earn an additional $4 for each enrollment.

3 appointments a day

The daily target that moves you from training pay to permanent pay. Not a stretch goal - the baseline.

Pay rates and bonus figures are as published above. What you actually earn depends on the hours you work and the appointments you set. This is a remote contractor position, not salaried employment.

What a US Dental Depot Appointment Setter Actually Does

The daily numbers, and what counts. Stated before you apply, not after.

60 outbound calls per day

Within a 9-hour shift, producing 3 quality appointments.

What counts as a QUALITY appointment

The prospect shows up, knows what we will be talking about, and we are able to have a meaningful conversation. All three, or it does not count.

6 hours of talk time daily

Measured accurately by our advanced phone system. Talk time, not dial time.

Level 2 - enroll customers yourself

At Level 2 you are no longer merely setting appointments. You are directly enrolling customers into the program, which means you have fully mastered the offer.

Explain the program precisely

Your role involves thoroughly explaining all aspects of the program to customers. You are expected to provide precise explanations and respond accurately to their questions.

Build real understanding

This level of responsibility requires a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to communicate effectively, so customers feel confident in what they are joining.

Appointment Setter Compensation - Both Levels in Full

Open any level for the complete detail, including the training-period rate.

Level Entry 1 - setting appointments$3.50/hour permanent rate, +$2 per appointment past 3 a day.

Base pay for the permanent position: $3.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.

Bonus: after achieving your daily target of 3 appointments, earn an additional $2 for each subsequent appointment set.

You get paid the permanent position rate the moment you START making phone calls and set the 3 appointments a day — not less.

Training Period - how you get to full rate50% of the permanent rate while you learn the script.

BEFORE you enter the permanent position, while you learn the script and get ready to make phone calls, you are in the Training Period (TP) and your pay rate is 50% of the permanent position rate.

This is not open-ended. The moment you are making calls and setting 3 appointments a day, you are on the full rate.

Level 2 Enrollment position$4.00/hour, +$4 per enrollment past 4 a day.

To enter this level you need to be making, at entry level, a minimum of 3 appointments per day, pass 2 live calls, and make 2 enrollments a day.

At this level you are no longer merely setting appointments — you are directly enrolling customers into the program. This means you have fully mastered the offer.

Base salary: $4.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.
Bonus: after achieving your daily target of 4 enrollments, an additional $4 for each enrollment.

Appointment criteriaOnly confirmed meetings with engaged participants count.

Only confirmed meetings with engaged participants count — meaningful conversations.

No-shows, dismissals, or prospects who were not informed what the appointment is for do NOT count toward your daily target. This protects you as much as us: an appointment that was never real would waste your time on the follow-up anyway.

Important Topics for a US Dental Depot Appointment Setter

Start your career with us today! Be a cornerstone of our sales process, ensuring that every interaction moves us closer to our goals. Open any topic for the full detail.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Total: 40 hours per week

A minimum of 32 hours of work a week is mandatory to achieve the permanent position. Less than 32 hours a week is considered a training period, and the pay rate is according to that condition.

Key Responsibilities

60 outbound phone calls per day within a 9-hour shift, with 3 quality appointments.

A quality appointment means:
• The prospect shows up
• They know what we will be talking about
• We are able to have a meaningful conversation

Maintain 6 hours of talk time each day, measured accurately by our advanced phone system.

Equipment Requirement

You are required to have:
1 computer and 2 screens
• A good quality NOISE CANCELLING headset
No background noise — no fans, animals or children in your room
Proof of a backup generator

These are not preferences. A call that drops or a customer who hears a television is a lost appointment, and the appointment is how you are paid.

How You Apply

This form will help us KNOW YOU BETTER and consider your application.

Fill in the application below. Then wait for e-mail confirmation with the INVITATION TO A SECOND APPOINTMENT.

We read every application. If you are a fit, you hear from us by email — so use an address you actually check.

What US Dental Depot Expects From an Appointment Setter

Four numbers. They are measured daily and nobody is surprised in week two.

60 calls a day

Outbound, within a 9-hour shift. This is a phone role and the phone is the job.

3 quality appointments

The daily target. Hitting it is what moves you to permanent pay rate.

6 hours talk time

Measured by the phone system, daily. Talk time, not time logged in.

32 hours minimum

Per week, to hold the permanent position. Below that is training rate.
