Dry-only is a feature, not a compromise
A dry mill has no water circuit, no coolant tank to flush and no wet-line maintenance. If your case mix is dominated by zirconia copings, full-contour crowns, PMMA temporaries and wax patterns, a dry machine removes an entire maintenance category from your week.

The clamp system is the throughput story
The BK-1 clamp lets you swap between discs and blocks in seconds rather than re-fixturing. That matters more than raw spindle speed for a lab running mixed daily queues — 3 block cases and a disc of copings in the same morning. Disc capacity is 10-30 mm height at standard dental diameter; blocks mount on the same system.

When you outgrow it
Be honest about the ceiling. You outgrow a single-load dry mill when either of these becomes true:
- You are loading discs more than 4 times a day — step up to an automatic disc changer so the machine runs unattended overnight.
- You start quoting glass ceramic, titanium or premilled abutments — those need a wet circuit, which a dry machine does not have.
Until one of those two things happens, added capability is capital sitting idle.
