SOL Accessories: CLEANI, CURIE and CURIE Plus

The wash and cure side of the ACKURETTA workflow. What each unit does, and which curing oven is worth the difference.

CLEANI washing station

Dual tanks for a two-stage cleaning process, allowing a heavy wash followed by a fine wash. Built for demanding dental workflows, with gentle vibrations that minimise damage or breakage to the print.

  • Saves around 50% of alcohol consumption in the cleaning process
  • Removes about 90% of resin residue, with less time and effort
  • Moves straight from the printer to the washer
  • Cleans the build platform and the prints in one move
  • Anti-abrasion base, built to last

CURIE UV oven

A versatile UV oven with a UV-light source management system designed to do more in less time and space.

Smart UV management

Light source managed rather than simply switched on.

Preloaded curing times

An optimal curing database on a dial and a button.

360° UV distribution

Even exposure across the chamber.

365 / 385 / 405 nm mix-matrix LEDs

Improved rigidity and suitability for Class II bio-materials.

Heat management

Chamber temperature kept controlled through the cycle.

SD card reader

Convenient profile transfer.

CURIE Plus — and when it is worth it

CURIE Plus cures up to 8 full arches at once and loads the resin parameters from your most recent SOL prints directly, so you are not hunting for the right profile.

  • Up to 25% enhanced mechanical properties when used with nitrogen
  • Compatible with a range of nitrogen sources
  • Improved colour transparency and a smoother finish
  • Biocompatible-grade curing
Which one? If you are curing a handful of units a day, CURIE is enough. If you are running full-arch work, or several arches per cycle, the throughput and the N2 gain on CURIE Plus is where the difference shows.

Also available
