You are a 1099 provider ensuring complete flexibility and independence. The position offers no fixed schedule and allows for free working hours. This means you can work at times that are convenient for you, providing flexibility in managing your work-life balance.
You are expected to be available for your customers or a HQ video call between 9:30am to 5:00pm 

Commision Assurance 
Your commisions will be paid from all invoices made on yourt customer's accounts, regardless if they place the order online, or you placed the order for them.
There will not be shared commisions, we will not deduct fees, expenses or extra charges from your paycheck .

Expected Metrics for Success
To thrive in this role, there are clear expectations to ensure your success. Here's what you need to focus on:

Availability:
You are expected to be available for phone calls or video conferences from customers or HQ from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Daily Visits and Contacts:
Visit a minimum of 8 offices per day to engage with potential clients.
Contact at least 15 customers daily via SMS or WhatsApp to maintain strong relationships and generate leads.

Sales Targets:
First Month: $$ in sales. Provided with your Handbook 
Second Month: $$ in sales. Provided with your Handbook
Third Month and beyond: $$ in sales.
At this point you are carrying your weight and your monthly income will be around the $4 to 4.5K depending the type of products you are selling.

ONLINE PLATFORM
You will be trained in our Order System in our US DENTAL DEPOT ACADEMY .
Orders & Quotes will be placed ONLINE, ON-THE-GO through our webpage. Your login gives you direct access to your customers, our customers and your specific quotes.

HELP DESK
If anytime you forgot HOW TO, you have access to SALES REP HELP DESK, a series of topical videos with specific instructions for each procedure.

PAYMENTS
Credit Cards : You can input the Credit Card info but we will process them at HQ .
Bank transfers info, Zelle and E-Wallets info is on the QUOTES or ORDERS sent to customers after confirmed

You are required to have
Mobility (car) 
1 Computer & 2 Screens ( you wont be able to continue working with out this requirement )
Good quality NOISE CANCELLING headset

We will provide 
We will provide and pay for you an IPHONE with a US DENTAL DEPOT phone # .
This will be the only phone where Customers and HQ will be contacting you 

Expenses Coverage Details 
As a 1099 contractor, the company will cover your gasoline expenses based on the structure PROVIDED IWITH YOUR HANDBOOK
