You are a 1099 provider ensuring complete flexibility and independence. The position offers no fixed schedule and allows for free working hours. This means you can work at times that are convenient for you, providing flexibility in managing your work-life balance.
You are expected to be available for your customers or a HQ video call between 9:30am to 5:00pm 
CLOSED DAYS : US DENTAL DEPOT is closed 5 holidays. Easter, Independence day, Thanks Giving , Christmas and New year

Commision Assurance 
Your commisions will be paid from all invoices made on yourt customer's accounts, regardless if they place the order online, or you placed the order for them. You shall have a contact with the customer registered in our CRM within the last 60 days. ( email. text. phone call. in person visit ) 
There will not be shared commisions, we will not deduct fees, expenses or extra charges from your paycheck .

Expected Metrics for Success
To thrive in this role, there are clear expectations to ensure your success. Here's what you need to focus on:

Availability:
You are expected to be available for phone calls or video conferences from customers or HQ from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Daily Contacts:
You will need a minimum of ## calls per day. With a minimum of 10 meaningful conversations.

We have minimum sales for first  second and third month. Specifics provided in your Employee Book

ONLINE PLATFORM
You will be trained in our Order System in our US DENTAL DEPOT ACADEMY .
Orders & Quotes are placed ONLINE, through our webpage in your special login platform. Your login gives you direct access to customers, and their specific quotes.

HELP DESK
If anytime you forgot HOW TO, you have access to SALES REP HELP DESK, a series of topical videos with specific instructions for each procedure.

You are required to have
1 Computer & 2 Screens ( you can start with 1 screen for 1 week) 
Good quality NOISE CANCELLING headset
High Speed Internet 

We will provide 
We will provide and pay for you a phone line that you will be able to use on your computer. as a US DENTAL DEPOT phone # . ( Zoppier ) 
This will be the only phone where Customers and HQ will be contacting you
