The Austromat 644 builds on the proven 624 firing furnace and adds pressing. Its patented system uses ambient pressure to press — so it works independently of any external compressed-air supply — and accepts standard ring systems from any press-ceramic supplier, with diameters up to 70 mm under vacuum. A 7.5" touchscreen drives the firing and press programs. It's the entry into DEKEMA pressing and the lowest-priced of the three.
The Austromat 654 steps up to DEKEMA's MPTA (Multiple Press Time Automatic) — a controlled electromechanical upward-pressing mechanism descended from the legendary AUSTROMAT 3001 press-i-dent. It presses multi-color and multi-ingot work in a single ring with high repeatability across high- and low-melting materials. Closed firing chamber, no cold spots, stone insulation. Same 7.5" touchscreen interface as the 644.
The Austromat 654i G2 keeps the 654's multi-stamp MPTA pressing and adds the i-series intelligence: a 10.4" touchscreen, IoT connectivity with remote control via the myDEKEMA app, process-data backup, program streaming, cloud management and the AutoDry & AUTORITE vibration-free lift. It runs on 115 V or 230 V and fires to 1200°C. It's the choice for labs that want documentation, remote monitoring and the newest DEKEMA platform.
