360 Coaching for Dental Labs & Clinics Going Digital | US Dental Depot
360COACHING
360 Coaching · weekly, one to one

The equipment is the easy part.
Running the business is not.

You can buy a scanner, a mill and an oven in an afternoon. What nobody sells you is how to price the new work, how to tell your referrers it exists, and how to rebuild a team around a workflow none of them has run before. That is what this is.

Who this is for

If any of these is true, this is the bottleneck

What we work on

Three things, every week, until they are fixed

Pricing the digital work

Most labs price digital restorations off their old analog price list, then wonder where the margin went. We rebuild the numbers from what the work actually costs you now, machine time included.

Selling it to the people who send you cases

A digital workflow is worth nothing if your referrers do not know it exists or do not know why they should care. We build the conversation, and you have it.

Rebuilding the team around it

The workflow has to survive a technician leaving. Roles, protocols, and who does what when the person who knows everything is on holiday.

How it runs

One session a week. No courses, no theory.

  1. We start with your numbers

Revenue, case mix, what each restoration costs you to produce and what you charge for it. Not a questionnaire — your actual figures. Most owners find something in this session they did not know.

  2. We pick one bottleneck

Not five. One. The one that, if it moved, would change the month. Everything else waits.

  3. You do the work between sessions

Coaching without homework is a conversation. You leave each week with something specific to execute, and the next session starts with what happened.

  4. We measure and move to the next one

When the number moves, we take the next bottleneck. When it does not, we find out why before adding anything new.

Who this is not for

  • Anyone looking for a course, a template pack or a recording to watch later.
  • Anyone who wants someone else to make the decisions. You make them; the coaching sharpens them.
  • Anyone not willing to put their real numbers on the table in week one.
  • Anyone expecting a result in a fortnight. Businesses do not turn that fast, and anyone promising it is selling something else.
Questions

Straight answers

Do I have to buy equipment from US Dental Depot to be coached?

No. 360 Coaching is a separate service. Plenty of the work has nothing to do with what you bought or from whom.

How long do people usually stay?

Long enough for the bottleneck to move, then long enough for the next one. If a session stops being worth the fee, you should say so and stop.

Is it in English or Spanish?

Either. Say which you prefer.

What if I have not gone digital yet?

Then start with the Digital Flow build-up first — it tells you what you need before you spend anything. Coaching is more useful once there is a workflow to work on.

Is this the same as the training that comes with the equipment?

No, and they are not substitutes. Training teaches your technician to drive the machine. This is about what the business does with the output.

Adding coaching to your build-up

Put it on your quote list

If you are working through the Digital Flow build-up, add coaching here and it travels with your equipment enquiry as one file. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked — it tells your specialist to include it.

Tell us the bottleneck. We will tell you if this fixes it.

If it does not, we will say so — a coaching engagement that cannot move your number is a fee neither of us should want.
