WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT  ?

A consignment is an inventory arrangement in which the manufacturer ships goods to a distributor and retains ownership until the goods are sold and a special price list is arranged with LANDED COST.  

As goods are being sold, distributor pays bi-weekly at landed cost. 

Landed Cost :  COST + SHIPPING + DUTIES
This cost covers the total delivered value of the item to your warehouse, ensuring the manufacturer is reimbursed for all expenses related to making the product available for sale.

How it works
You sell to your customer directly.
You send us your customer invoice (or order details).

Pricing rules
You control the sale, but your selling price must match the published retail price on our website.

Logistics expense 
We charge you a 10% logistics expense on the invoice price (the retail sale amount) to cover fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship handling and processing).

Shipping costs
Handled per your agreed shipping method/terms.

We support other distributors by replenishing their inventory from our shelves under a consignment-based replenishment structure.

Account Requirement
The distributor must open a Distributor Account with us before placing orders.

Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed and paid online.
The distributor pays the pre-agreed distributor price (wholesale pricing already set in advance).
We apply a 10% logistics surcharge to each order to cover handling, packing, processing, and operational logistics.

Shipping SLA
These replenishment orders ship within 48 hours (not same-day shipping).

You receive full payment every week or 2 weeks for all items sold. If it is by international transfer is better space the payments to at least the payment amount is more then $500 since the costs of international transfers ( $25 per transfer )

If your only concern is the value of a single machine, remember that once we sell it, you will recover 100% of your investment plus profit. Payment & Sales Terms

WHEN: You get paid when your items are sold. 

HOW MUCH 
If we make the sale → You receive your full landed cost agreed in your price list.

If you make the sale → Once you are paid, we handle fulfillment.

You are charged only:
10% of your selling price
Pick & pack costs (minimal and lower than Amazon FBA).
Shipping you have to decide either we use your account or we charge you UPS costs 

If another distributor buys online (at distributor pricing) → you get paid Landed cost as a regular order 

Shipping costs are charged directly to the distributor, and if they pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge also applies.

New Product Ramp & Inventory Optimization
Ramp period: New products need time to gain traction in the U.S. dental market; the minimum runway is 9 months.
What happens during the ramp: New products need web positioning ( you are getting this FREE ), marketing ( we are collaborating with it with cold calls, Comparative Landing pages, Google Addwords , FREE for you ).
Now Branding, ( factory is in charge of this, we can collaborate but all costs are yours ), Brand Specific landing pages ( we offer this service at a very reasonable cost ), and factory-supported “TRY IT RISK-FREE” offers to drive trials.

Checkpoints: We review at 90 days and then monthly.

Takeback/swap: After 180 days, the manufacturer may request pullbacks or swaps. But we may recommend after 9 months.
You may take back remaining Skus; we’ll also recommend reducing low-movement SKUs and increasing high-movement SKUs so the financial hold stays accurate to real demand.
