Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Total: 40 hours per week
A minimum of 32hs of work a week is mandatory to achieve the permanent possition. 
Less than 32hs a week is considered as training period and pay rate is according to this condition.  

60 out bond phone calls per day within a 9-hour shift. with 3 Quality Appointments 
Quality appointment means:
Prospect shows up,
Knows what we will be talking about &
We are able to have a meaningful conversation
Maintain 6 hours of talk time each day, measured accurately by our advanced phone system.

LEVEL ENTRY 1
Base Pay for Permanent Position : $3.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.
Bonus: After achieving your daily target of 3 appointments, earn an additional $2 for each subsequent appointment set.
You get paid as a Permanent Position rate the moment you START making phone calls and set the 3 appointments a day, not less.

BEFORE you enter the Permanent Position, while you learn the script and you are ready to make phone calls, your are in Training Period (TP) and your pay rate is 50% of the Permanent Position rate.



LEVEL 2 ENROLLMENT  Possition
To enter this level you need to be making at entry level, a minimum of 3 appointments per day, pass 2 live calls & make 2 Enrollments a day ( with their first $270 activation order ) 
At this level, you are no longer merely setting appointments—you are directly enrolling customers into the program. This means you have fully mastered all the details of our program and are equipped to assist customers in placing orders of $270 on our website.

Your role involves thoroughly explaining all aspects of the program to customers. You are expected to provide precise explanations and respond accurately to any questions they may have. Your knowledge and expertise are crucial in guiding customers through the enrollment process and ensuring they understand the full benefits and features of the program.

This level of responsibility requires a deep understanding of our offerings and the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring customers feel confident and informed as they make their purchase decisions.


Base Salary: $4.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly via Wise or Easypay.
Bonus: After achieving your daily target of 4 enrolments + an additional $4 for each enrolment.

Only confirmed meetings with engaged participants count ( meaningful conversations ). No-shows ,dismissals or not informed what the appointment is for don't qualify.
